The library staff is happy to welcome the Instructional Technology Department to Hackelmeier Memorial. This move will provide a higher level of technical support for our patrons.
The computer lab staff and Director of Instructional Technology (DoIT) will begin answering all non-research related technical questions and handle issues relating to the use of office and word processing software applications and computer problems.
The Lab staff will now be located at the front desk and the DoIT's office is now located in the room formerly used for our Special Collections. The lab assistants should be available during current library operating hours, so stop by and make them feel welcome.
